The CSR Manager will develop, implement, and manage CSR strategies and programs that align with the company’s business objectives and enhance its reputation within the community. This role requires a deep

understanding of responsible iGaming practices, sustainability, and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CSR strategies in alignment with the company’s goals.

• Promote responsible iGaming initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Engage with stakeholders, including communities, regulators, and non-governmental organizations, to understand their concerns and collaborate

on solutions.

• Measure and report on CSR activities and their impact, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Organize and participate in community engagement and outreach programs to enhance the company’s image.

• Monitor industry trends, CSR regulations, and best practices to ensure the company’s programs are effective and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Environmental Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.• Proven experience in CSR management, community relations, or a

related field, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of responsible iGaming practices and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
